On Wednesday, September 6th, Hurricane Irma, the most powerful hurricane measured in the Atlantic Ocean, struck Saint Martin and caused serious damage. To help the island in its reconstruction, Startup Delta, in cooperation with the Red Cross, asked for startup solutions.

We submitted our plan and heard that we were selected as one of the startups that can help Saint Martin improve its (re)construction. In the publication the ‘Sint Maarten Solutions Bidbook’ – a book used as inspiration for the organisations and people involved in the reconstruction of the island – an article has been included about Finch Floating Homes.
