We want to start building the first pilot homes in the Philippines as soon as possible. We would like to test the home and prove that floating housing is the best solution for the problem of living in flood areas. This will enable the homes to be build on a larger scale, with the aim of making affordable and safe living possible. The foundation needs help in generating a startup capital for the first homes. A financial contribution to realise the pilot homes is therefore urgently needed.

With specific construction sites in the Philippines and a design that is as good as definitive, the team is raising money for the construction of the first floating homes in the province of Bulacan. This area is located in the largest delta of the Philippines. Floods plague the delta and its inhabitants every day. Flooding is caused by a combination of tides, heavy rainfall and land subsidence. The impact of these factors is aggravated as result of climate change and local conditions, such as overpopulation and the low quality of housing.
