On Wednesday, September 27th, TU Delft and foundation Finch Floating Homes organized a symposium on various solutions for living on water.
Led by chairman of the day Friso Vos de Wael – project officer at VIA Water -, different experts spoke about their solutions, among which:
- Rutger de Graaf - Blue21 about 'Our future is on water'
- Pieter Ham - TU Delft/Finch Floating Homes about 'Living on water'
- Tieme Haddeman - Urban Green about 'Floating greenery'
- Peter van Wingerden - Floating Farm about 'Floating farm in the city'
- Prof. ir. Rob Nijsse - TU Delft about 'Sustainable research'
- Jurrian Knijtijzer - Finch Buildings about 'Sustainable building and living'
